Abstract
The authors must send their abstracts through the electronic submission page on the web site. The abstract must be prepared as indicated on the template you can download from this page. Each abstract must have as maximum one A4 page.
All abstracts must be structured in order to make reference to the most relevant backgrounds, significant results and contribution conclusions. Taking into account that the works selection will be made based on this abstract, it’s expected that it is informative and short, without being descriptive. Some contributions with renown merit will be selected for the oral presentation.
We inform you that once you have sent your abstract, it won't be possible to change it.
Full papers
The full papers must be prepared using the template provided for the abstract but must have a maximum of 4 A4 pages.
Oral Presentation
(Lasting 15 minutes, including 5 minutes of discussion).
All the oral presentations must be made in English. The powerpoint of the oral presentation must be written in English. The presentations room is equipped with Pentium computers, with Power Point. Projectors are also available. The authors must take their presentations directly to the room the day they arrive to the congress.
Presentation in Poster
(Dimensions: 100 cm height x 60 cm width).
The posters must be placed on the panels, following the numbering indicated to each relater. The posters must be written in English. At the end of the session, the relaters must take out their works. The Organizing Committee won’t send/keep any posters that are left on the conference venue. Each participant must take the poster to the congress the day of the presentation.
